ABOUT THE ROLE
Develops and implements first-aid and emergency treatment procedures according to company protocols.
Provides immediate temporary care for injuries or illnesses until professional medical services are accessible.
Supports employees who need medical attention beyond the company's clinic by coordinating with external medical providers as directed by a physician.
Prepares detailed reports on first-aid services and home visits.
Actively participates in the company’s occupational safety and health initiatives.
Ensures the maintenance and readiness of the company’s first-aid equipment and facilities.
Undertakes additional health and medical tasks as required by the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferably with at least one (5) years of job-related experience.
Must be a Nursing Graduate and has a complete course in BLS/first-aid for (40) hours conducted by the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) or any organization accredited by the same.
Must undergo a minimum of eight (8) hours refreshers training course in their respective fields at least once a year.
Must be duly certified or accredited by the Bureau.
Proficiency in emergency medical care and life-saving techniques.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
Good communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
Physical fitness to perform demanding tasks such as lifting and moving patients.
Willing to be assigned to Santa Rosa, Laguna.
